The non-inverting configuration of Op-Amp used as an amplifier in many electronic circuits. For predictable operation negative feedback is used in op-amp configuration, by applying a portion of output voltage to the inverting input. In a non inverting amplifier input voltage applied to the non inverting terminal of the op amp.
A voltage divider network is incorporated to obtain predictable gain. Mathematically output voltage expressed as
Output voltage = (1+ R1/R2) × input voltage.
Where (1+ R1/R2) is the voltage gain.
In our project we use 100 kilo ohm resistor as feedback resistance and another 1 kilo ohm resistor. Thus 100 times amplification is obtained.
