CONCLUSION:

1.Attenuation is more during the monsoon season due to the frequent presence of clouds in troposphere.
2.Attenuation varies directly with the LWC of the
Cloud.
3.Attenuation increases with increase in frequency
of signal.
4.Unfortunately,much work has been done on the statistics of rain but the statistics of cloud attenuation is yet to be discovered.
