Nearest Square Root Generation Unit:
In ancient Indian Mathematics, the nearest square number for a given number and its square root was calculated by the method of inspection. In this paper an easy and efficient architecture has been provided to compute the nearest square root generation. It is obvious that in equation (6), the number bits in square root must be of N/4 bits. The architecture of the nearest square root generation unit is same as the figure depicted in Fig. 1. the above mentioned Step 1 to Step 6 are needed to obtain the nearest square root for N/2 bit number.
